Job Summary:

Carver Edison is looking for a Head of Marketing to help drive the growth and scale of our commercial activations. We are looking for a high-octane contributor with a proven track record of operating successfully in a rapid-growth startup environment. This role is perfect for an individual with deep experience ideating and executing omnichannel b2b marketing strategies.

As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of Carver Edison’s marketing activations, including owning the analytics and ensuring the company is using the right tools and platforms. The focus of the role will straddle three core areas: (1) direct b2b marketing efforts to raise Carver Edison’s brand profile and drive MQLs, (2) partner marketing efforts, and (3) participant engagement marketing efforts. The person in this role will be both a player and a coach. Their tenure will begin with driving all ideation, development, and execution individually after which the plan is for the team to gradually expand.


·      Support sales by successfully driving MQLs from development to execution and management

·      Help drive the overarching brand strategy

·      Support the development of sales enablement materials

·      Execute all omnichannel campaigns from beginning to end

·      Lead collaboration efforts with various stakeholders while both creating and leveraging the right internal processes in execution of responsibilities

·      Help support commercial partnerships through the. creation of partner marketing materials and a partner portal

·      Work in collaboration with various internal stakeholders on the participant experience

·      Manage O&O channels including content creation, posting and community engagement

·      Own social media activation and curation

·      Create content calendar in collaboration with various internal stakeholders

·      Build and strengthen brand awareness

·      Manage marketing analytics, including reporting on success of campaigns and activations

·      Help create video engagement strategy

·      Write and proof creative copy for landing pages, products, videos, and other marketing materials

·      Manage various agency relationships

·      Lead online and offline Events strategy and execution

Experience and Qualifications:

·      5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing role

·      3+ years’ experience in financial services

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Experience with content marketing, advertising, social media, SEO, advertising, events (online and offline), and marketing analytics

·      Successful track record building and leading complex marketing programs

·      Deep analytical and problem-solving expertise, including metrics-driven thinking

·      Ability to adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment

·      Team player with strength self-directing

·      Portfolio illustrating content writing style and expertise

·      Proven ability to write email copy and landing page copy

·      Knowledge of Google Adwords, Google analytics, Quicksight, Hubspot, and other industry-standard marketing platforms and analytics tools

·      Product marketing experience is a plus
